At LaserGrain, we know how frustrating hidden glue pockets or internal voids can be when you’re aiming for precision laser cuts. That’s why every sheet of our Baltic Birch plywood is hand-inspected for quality before it reaches you.

But wood is natural — and sometimes a rare imperfection slips through. When that happens, we’re here to make it right.

Our Promise to You

If you experience a defective sheet (due to hidden voids, glue pockets, or cracks present on delivery), simply let us know within 30 days. We’ll happily send you up to three free replacement sheets per order — no hassle, no stress.

How It Works:

1. Contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue.

2. We’ll review your request quickly.

3. If eligible, we’ll ship out your replacement sheets at no extra cost.
